Continuous sinusoidal gust model

\[U_z = \frac{u_{de}}{2}\sin\left(\frac{2\pi x}{S}\right)\]

This gust can be used by using the setting gust_shape = 'continuous_sin' in GustVelocityField.

The GustVelocityField generator takes the following settings as a dictionary assignedto gust_parameters.
