Given the frequency response of a MIMO DLTI system, this function returns the A,B,C,D matrices associated to the rational function approximation of the original system.

Input: - Yfull: frequency response (as per libss.freqresp) of full size system over the frequencies kv. - kv: array of frequencies over which the RFA approximation is evaluated. - tolAbs: absolute tolerance for the rfa fitting - Nnum: number of numerator coefficients for RFA - Nden: number of denominator coefficients for RFA - NtrialMax: maximum number of attempts - method=[‘intependent’].
